We’re opening the doors on a brand-new Adventure Kings store in Warrnambool and we’re looking for a Retail 12V Sales Manager ready to lead from the front and build something special from day one. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who backs themselves, backs their team, and knows how to turn product knowledge into serious sales performance. About the Role As the Retail 12V Sales Manager, you’ll own, drive, and deliver sales growth across our 12V and Refrigeration categories while helping shape the culture and performance of a brand-new store. You’ll partner closely with the Retail Business Manager, sharing responsibility for total store success while holding full accountability for your category results. This role is built on presence, leadership, and execution. Success happens on the floor through coaching, customer engagement, and closing.
